1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MusubiFlow.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
MusubiFlow.io is an omnichannel SaaS platform providing integrated communication tools, including a unified inbox, chat widgets, in-browser voice calls, business phone numbers with inbound and outbound calling, call hold and transfer, call recording, call reports, file attachments, department-based routing for chats, calls, and emails, conversation tagging, and email features including Gmail and Google Workspace integration.
3. User Accounts & Security
You must register for an account using valid credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, maintaining organization roles and department assignments, and all activities conducted under your organization profile. Each user account is for one individual and may not be shared. Signing in on a new browser ends any existing session for that account.
4. Acceptable Use & Files
You agree not to misuse the platform. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading malicious file payloads through attachments or transmitting illegal content via chat, voice sessions, phone calls, or integrated email services. You acknowledge that communications, call recordings, call metadata, conversation tags, and transcripts processed through the platform are recorded and stored for operational support as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
5. Call Recording & Caller Consent
Calls handled through the Service, including website calls and phone calls, are recorded automatically. You are responsible for informing callers that calls are recorded and for obtaining any consent required by the call-recording, privacy, and telecommunications laws that apply to you and your callers, for example through a greeting or a notice on your website.
6. Google Workspace & Gmail Integration
By connecting a Gmail account or authorizing Google Workspace domain-wide delegation, you confirm that you are an administrator of that Google Workspace domain, or are authorized by one, and that you have the right to let MusubiFlow access the mailboxes you select. You may revoke this access at any time from your MusubiFlow settings or your Google Workspace admin console.
7. Suspension & Termination
Organization administrators may suspend or delete user accounts within their organization. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or other users.
